Technique becomes chains of moves. Live wrestling increases and wrestlers start competing at local events.

High-volume training for wrestlers chasing state and national podiums, with match strategy and conditioning built in.
Girls train at every practice for their level. On top of that, MF HQ runs dedicated practices for high school girls, led by Coach Colby Yates, Hall County's all-time wins leader.
